Community Needs Assessment

As a certified Family Resource Center, we act as a hub connecting families to needed resources. This is something our entire agency is involved in and includes an enhanced internal and external referral process as well as education for families on how to access and apply for assistance programs (such as WIC or SNAP) so they’re independently capable of achieving stability moving forward.
