HealthySteps is a free program that supports you and the healthy growth of your baby. A HealthySteps specialist, who knows a lot about development, will be with you at well child visits.
Support for the First Three Years
Did you know that a child’s first three years are a vital time for brain development? The HealthySteps team provides you information and resources needed during these important first three years.
A TEAM APPROACH
The HealthySteps Specialists work with your pediatrician or primary care physician right in the clinic. The Specialists are well-connected within your community and can point you toward resources that may be helpful to you and your family. They are also available to provide phone consultations or additional support between doctor’s appointments.
